At Hyster, we know that each application requirement and work environment can differ. We have customers in a wide array of industries that inspire us to offer a very diverse range of materials handling product solutions. No matter what the environmental conditions are or what your industry is we have a machine to suit all your needs and get tasks done efficiently. We have established trusting relationships between marketing, service and production groups so that we can assure you that all machinery are manufactured to the highest quality standards and that you will be given the continuous support you need when you have a Hyster machine on your work place.
Every machinery which Hyster sells goes through a nine stage development procedure from initial concept and design to the manufacturing and selling of the machine. Every stage of the development process has been established to ensure product quality over the lifetime of the machine. Hyster testing centers can simulate the life cycle of a forklift to ensure that the machinery performs as intended and that it lasts.
To begin with, Hyster performs a lot of research regarding customer requirements in order to be sure that we know what all our customers truly want. This research is then applied to product design. Designs are built using cutting edge computer aided design systems which help to reduce the risk of weak points and ensure that positioning of all components are optimal for both performance and servicing needs. After that, prototypes are built in cooperation with specialists and professionals in ergonomics and compartment design. Each prototype and component is put through thorough life cycle testing to pick up on and correct any issues which could reduce the life of a component or a machinery to a less than optimal level. When a machinery comes out of the testing stage of development, we would like to be sure that it would work to a high standard. Testing in real life settings is also carried out so that we can gather more data on the equipment's performance and be confident that it will meet the standards required to complete the task.
